     Corner Location charges will be 10% extra

     Preferential Location charges will be Rs.1,00,000 extra.

    Conditions
  1. Allottee cannot sell or give GPA for 5 years from possession.

  2. Tentative possession in 2009.

  3. These installments and subsequent installments in the above payment plans shall become payable on demand irrespective of the serial order in which they are listed.

  4. Price indicated above is subject to revision at the discretion of the society. Price ruling on date of booking and acceptance by the Society shall be applicable.

  5. Apartment would be provided with power backup of 5.0 KW approx.

  6. Cost of Stamp Duty and Registration Fee/ Documentation charges or any other tax etc. as applicable shall be borne by the intending allottee(s) on actuals.

  7. Variety of housing loans for tenures of 15-20 years repayment available directly from various banks.

  8. Pay order/ Draft to be issued in favour of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Sewa Society (Regd.), Chd payable at Chandigarh.

  9. The society shall have the right to effect suitable and necessary alterations in the layout plan, if and when found necessary. Such alterations may include change in the floor, block and number of the flat. To implement any such change and if considered necessary, a supplementary agreement may be executed with the allottee(s). Further if thee is any increase/ decrease in the Super Area of the Apartment, revised price shall be payable/ adjustable at the original rate at which the flat has been booked for sale.
